Service Description
In this cooking class series you will learn four different restaurant quality meals you can make from home. In each class you will learn new cooking techniques, recipes, knife skills and more. In each class you will make all the components of the dish, including sauces, salad dressings and dips. The Classes are: Week 1: Fried Chicken with Herbed Potatoes. Learn how to make classic southern fried chicken paired with herbed roasted potatoes served with a garlic parmesan dip. Week 2: Steak with Caesar Salad. Learn how to sear and baste steak, pair with creamy Caesar salad with homemade croutons, bacon, tossed in a creamy caesar dressing (you will be making) and sprinkled with shaved parmesan. Week 3: Pork Tenderloin Medallions with a red wine sauce, served with Creamy Mashed Potatoes and Garlic Green Beans. Learn how to cut a pork tenderloin into medallions, sear the medallions. You will make a rich red wine sauce to pair with your pork. Make the creamiest potatoes and sauté green beans in butter and garlic and finish with toasted sliced almonds. Week 4: Scallops with a Mixed Greens, fig and pomegranate salad drizzled with citrus dressing. These classes are only available as a package at this time.

Cancellation Policy
All workshops are non-refundable after 7 days of booking and within 1 week of workshop. Customers that are unable to attend a class cannot transfer class to another to make up for missed class. If customer is a no-show or cancels within 5 days of class there will be no refund or transfer option. Reach out to Elysha to see if there are options if you are unable to attend a class more than 5 days out.
